The dust has long since settled on the 2016 Isle of Man TT and what a TT it was. The weather was amazing, probably the best I can remember.
The pace on track was red hot with lap records being smashed out of sight. My personal highlights being Michael Dunlopâs lap just short of 134mph including slowing down for a pit stop in the Senior and Ian Hutchinson mind-boggling 133mph on the opening lap of the Superstock race. To lap at over 133mph on a Superstock bike on-road tires is incredible.
Letâs hope that the weather is again kind to us in 2017. In the meantime, I hope you enjoy the selection of pictures Iâve put together from TT 2016.
In memory of Dwight Beare, Paul Shoesmith, Ian Bell and Andy Soar.
